Weekly maintenance is our most popular service. Our weekly maintenance includes mowing, weed whacking, edging, and blowing off debris. Price starts at $35 and is based off of the sq ft of your property. Bagging the grass is an extra $5 on top of the initial price.

Our starting rate for seasonal cleanups is $100. A seasonal cleanup is cleaning up all of the leaves and anything else that you might need cleaned up to start the season or end the season. Taking the leaves will come with additional costs

Pricing of seed and soil varies based off of how much you need of both and what we need to do to help you get lush green grass. When helping customers start trying to get nice grass we recommend scalping the lawn, then dethatching or getting up any dead grass. After we put down fresh soil and seed. Finally, we put down peat moss over the seed to help keep it moist

Bush trimming costs anywhere from $10-25 per bush depending on size and how much needs to be trimmed. We do take money off the price if there are many bushes

Plant instillation ranges in pricing depending on the plants that are being installed, if you need extra soil and if you also want mulch. We also recommend having any plants installed in the cooler months

Mulching is charged per yard at a rate of $120 per yard. If it is under 5 yards, they will be additional delivery charges due to our suppliers’ prices. If you’d like bush trimming and the beds cleaned up it is $150 per yard. If you’d like the beds edged it is $2 per ft

We power wash all surfaces including pavers, concrete, brick, houses, etc. They are all charged differently and can be quoted in person. However house washes do start at $125 and all power washing jobs are charged at a minimum of $100

Snow removal includes removal of snow in driveway, walkway, and steps at a minimum of $35 and salt can be added on for an additional fee of $10
